Infrared, Inc. announces its new series of Recon XL handheld thermal imagers and
ThermalGuard™ mini dual infrared and day/night cameras with optional integrated pan
and tilt system, automated detection, tracking software and gyro stabilization. A variety
of lenses with human detection distances up to 2 miles (3.2km) are available.

These news series of infrared camera systems feature L-3 Communications Infrared
Products, microbolometer series detectors with interpolated 640 x 480 viewable images.

The Recon XL and ThermalGuard™ are integrated with Suntect™ (US Patent Pending)
sun blocker for maximum sun protection of the microbolometer detectors. Infrared’s
exclusive Suntect technology eliminates damage to microbolometers from direct sunlight
exposure.
